Mr G. Vivian Davies (Associate Member) died on 2nd May, aged 58. He became a Graduate of the Institution in 1933 and transferred to Associate Member in 1937. He had worked in many parts of the world in oil refineries and as a consultant on power plant installations. Mr Davies was a well-known figure at the Summer and other meetings of the Institution for many years.

1963 Obituary [1]

Mr G. Vivian Davies (Associate Member) died on 2nd May, aged 58. He became a Graduate of the Institution in 1933 and transferred to Associate Member in 1937. He had worked in many parts of the world in oil refineries and as a consultant on power plant installations. Mr Davies was a well-known figure at the Summer and other meetings of the Institution for many years.
