"CHARLES EDWARD DOUGLAS was born in 1871 and educated at George Watson's College, Edinburgh. He served a six-year apprenticeship with [[Douglas and Grant|Douglas and Grant, Ltd]]., Kirkcaldy, engineers, after which he took part in the management for another year. "CHARLES EDWARD DOUGLAS was born in 1871 and educated at George Watson's College, Edinburgh.
