"THOMAS HENRY WAITE had a long connection with the motor industry and was motor omnibus superintendent engineer to the Cardiff Corporation for nearly thirty years. "THOMAS HENRY WAITE had a long connection with the motor industry and was motor omnibus superintendent engineer to the Cardiff Corporation for nearly thirty years. On the completion of a five years' apprenticeship with Messrs.
