Livingstone and Cooper was a shipbuilding company based at Hessle, East Riding, Yorkshire, England. It was initially operated by the Cooper family before becoming a partnership at the end of the 1900s.

However, this soon ran out and during the 1920s the yard built whatever it was asked to do.
