He was educated at St. Alban's School, the Strand School, King's College, London, and the Manchester Municipal College of Technology. "Major ARNOLD CLEAR was a locomotive engineer throughout his professional career. He was educated at St. Alban's School, the Strand School, King's College, London, and the Manchester Municipal College of Technology.
