DAVID ANTHONY DWYER. who was elected a Graduate of the Institution in 1909 and transferred to Associate Membership in 1912, was managing director of [[F. C. Hibberd and Co|Messrs. F. C. Hibberd and Company, Ltd.]], Diesel locomotive engineers of Park Royal, London, a position which he combined with the technical directorship of the [[Irish Wire Products Co|Irish Wire Products Company]], screw and nail manufacturers. DAVID ANTHONY DWYER. who was elected a Graduate of the Institution in 1909 and transferred to Associate Membership in 1912, was managing director of Messrs. F. C.
