College and the University Engineering College, Westgate-on-Sea, and served his apprenticeship in the tramway department of the Brighton Corporation, from 1913 to 1916. "FREDERICK FRANCIS TRILL, who was born in 1895, received his technical education at the Brighton Municipal Technical.
