ROBERT EVANS POWER was born in 1907 and educated at the Cardiff Technical College and at the University of South Wales, where he took the joint course in mechanical engineering. ROBERT EVANS POWER was born in 1907 and educated at the Cardiff Technical College and at the University of South Wales, where he took the joint course in mechanical engineering. Later he received further training at the East Ham Technical College. His apprenticeship was served from 1928 to 1930 with Messrs.
