CRADLEY HEATH. <br>VALUABLE ENGINE AND MILLS. <br>TO be SOLD by AUCTION, by JOHN WEBB, on Wednesday next, April 25, at four o'clock in the afternoon, at the house of Mr Billingham, the Salutation Inn, Five Ways, Cradley Heath, by the direction of the Assignee of Joseph Attwood, bankrupt, subject to conditions then to be produced — all that recently erected Gun-barrel Boring, Grinding, and Polishing Mill, with Sawing Mill attached, and the Machinery thereto belonging, together with the Shops and other Buildings, and also a High-pressure Steam Engine, 14-horse Power, with Boiler, and Fly and other Wheels, quite complete; situate at New Town, in the parish of Rowley Regis, in the county of Stafford, and till recently worked by the bankrupt. <br>The Premises are Freehold, and the Works have heen erected with care within the last two years are in a very advantageous situation, and receive the supply of a regular stream of water. <br>Any further information may obtained upon application to Messrs.
