1929 Bertram Oscar Morris established a business in flexible equipment and polishing materials business.
1938 Company incorporated to acquire Morris's business.
1939 See Aircraft Industry Suppliers
1947 Public company.[1]
1960 Harper Engineering and Electronics acquired the Morrisflex group of companies of Coventry, including B. O. Morris and 6 subsidiaries. Also developed and produced automatic polishing machinery under licence from USA.
