1870 Company started to make machines to cut peel for cakes
Made dough mixers and dividers, and the first drawplate over for Scotch bread
1881 Joseph Baker and Sons were agents for their peel cutting, mixing and kneading machines
Took over William Cook and Sons, makers of circulating tube ovens
1922 Acquired by Joseph Baker Sons and Perkins.
1932 Company liquidated
