Butler were motorcycles produced from 1963 to 1966, by Chris Butler of Dalston, London. 1963 After making a wide range of glass-fibre items for motorcycles, Chris Butler decided to build complete machines. The prototype had square-section tubing and a 246cc Villiers engine with a Parkinson top-half conversion.
1964-1965 The production models were for scrambles and had round-tube frames. Of the three engines listed, one was the prototype, another had a stock 246cc Villiers 36A and the third had the 247cc Villiers Starmaker. Two kit-form trials models were added - both with Villiers engines.
