John Spencer, founder of John Spencer and Sons

Sons: John Spencer (c1818-1905), Michael Spencer ( -1888) and Thomas Spencer ( -1902 sic)[1]

1867 March 24th. Died. 'At Lemington Hall, on the 24th inst., in the 82nd year of his age, John Spencer, Esq., of the firm of John Spencer and Sons, Newburn Steel Works.'[2]
