1956 Rockwell Manufacturing Co. bought Walker-Turner from Kearney and Trecker Corporation and the operations were consolidated.
1973 Rockwell Standard Corporation merged with Rockwell Manufacturing Co, run by Willard Rockwell, Jr., to form Rockwell International.
At the end of the 1980s, Rockwell International sold its valve and meter division, formerly Rockwell Manufacturing, to BTR Industries.
