1877 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Francis Gabriel Des Vignes and William Henry Charman, carrying on business at Chertsey Bridge Wharf, Chertsey, in the county of Surrey, as Steam Launch Builders, under the style or firm of Des Vignes and Charman, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due and owing by or to the said late partnership will be received and paid by the undersigned George Francis Gabriel Des Vignes, who will, in future, carry on the said business on his own account, at the place aforesaid...'[1]
