1890 The company was registered on 1 July, to acquire the business of firm of the same name, brick manufacturers, colliery owners etc. [1]
1894 Exhibited at Antwerp Exhibition. Silica and Ganister blocks. Model of Siemens-Martin furnace[2]
1937 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. Silica Bricks of every description, for Steelworks, Glassworks, etc. (Stand Nos. D.913 and D.810)
