1896 The company was registered on 22 June, to acquire from certain undertakings patent rights for the United Kingdom for improvements in the treatment of paper, linen, and other textile fabrics, applicable to the manufacture of showbills and wall decorations.

1900-1 Judgement was given, in an action in which the company was concerned, declaring that the patent was invalid, and it was subsequently determinded to reconstruct with a greatly reduced capital. [1]

1926 Company was liquidated.[2]
