IT is with deep regret that we announce the death of Mr. John Richards, whose name is so familiar from the position he occupied, was a mechanical engineer, and from his numerous writings, many of which have appeared in our columns.

IT is with deep regret that we announce the death of Mr. John Richards, whose name is so familiar from the position he occupied, was a mechanical engineer, and from his numerous writings, many of which have appeared in our columns.
