'... the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, Joshua Barraclough and Joseph Barraclough, in the trade or business of Ironfounders and Brickmakers, at Barnsley, in the county of York, under the firm of Barraclough and Son, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and in future the business of an Ironfounder will be carried on by the said Joseph Barraclough. who will pay and receive all debts owing from and to the said late partnership connected with that business; the business of a Brickmaker will be carried on by the said Joshua Barraclough...'[1]
