Sir Henry Hardinge Samuel Cunynghame (1848–1935) K.C.B., M.A. Legal Assistant Under-Secretary, Home Office, 1894-1913. Vice-President, Institute of Electrical Engineers.
Author of various works on enamelling, electrical lighting, patent law, political economy, &c.
1895 November 25th. Presents a paper "Horseless Carriages for Common Roads" at the Society of Arts.[1]
