'...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas William Wedlake and Richard Dendy, as Iron Founders at the Union Foundry, Hornchurch, in the county of Essex, under the style or firm of Wedlake and Dendy, has been dissolved by mutual consent,- as from the 30th day of June, 1865.
