1884 Purchased by Alfred Holmes and Percy Tyzack (son of William Jnr. Tyzack) and Maria Pearson. and run by them until 1902.[1]


In the 1930s Moore and Wright acquired this company and later it was in turn taken over by Neill Tools Ltd. [2]
