Goulding's of Cork.

1856 Company established in Cork.

1869 Built a new factory at East Wall.

1881 It was the largest fertiliser producer in the country.

1899 Purchased a controlling interest in Morgan, Mooney and Co.

1919 Acquired Drogheda Chemical Manure Co and the Dublin and Wicklow Manure Co.

1920s Goulding's had six plants employing perhaps 700.
