Location: The 1888 12-inch OS map shows Nassau Mills (cotton) on the east side of Cawdor Street. On the opposite side were wharves of the Bridgewater Canal and two other mills, [[Springfield Mill, Patricroft|Springfield Mill]] and [[Victoria Mill,Patricroft|Victoria Mills]].
