1898 First incorporated. The company was registered on 1 July, to take over the business of gun and rifle manufacturers of the firm of the same name. [1]
1914 Gun makers. Specialities: ejector guns, express and big game "Cordite" rifles, "Paradox" guns etc. [2]
1960 Reconstituted.
