  • Wright & Edwards 50 HP horizontal steam engine on display at Bendigo Steam and Oil Engine Preservation Group at Bendigo Show Grounds. Built between 1860 and 1870. 10.5" bore, 21" stroke, flywheel 8 ft dia. The engine powered Abbott’s Tannery, Tannery Lane, Bendigo until 1905 [1]
