1897 Company formed. Prospectus. Directors are Major J. Eustace Jameson (Director of the Chicago Packing and Provision Co), Alderman William Lambert (Director of the Raleigh Cycle Co), C. N. Baker (Director of Humber and Co), F. Hall Kirby MICE (Director of the Burmah Ruby Mines), and J. H. Mace (Director of the Northampton Street Tramways Co)[1]
