1905 The company was registered on 17 June, to acquire the businesses of merchants and manufacturers of dental materials of Claudius Ash and Sons, and of manufacturers of mineral teeth of Ash and Co. [1]
1924 Merger with De Trey and Co, another of the leading British firms making dental appliances, to form Amalgamated Dental Co.
