1902 George Balfour left the partnership which was continued by Edward and Kenneth Lowdon[1]

1904 Applied for permission to supply electricity in Peterculter, Aberdeen[2]

1908 The partnership of Edward Joseph Bonner Lowdon and Kenneth Lowdon as electrical engineers and brass finishers, Lowdon Brothers and Co, was dissolved; Edward Lowdon continued the business[3]

1956 In voluntary liquidation[4]
