London Motor Van and Wagon Co
1897 Public offering of shares. Company to hire motor vans to companies. Attracted criticism as another of Harry Lawson's companies, not least as it would be taking money for options on motors from Daimler and vehicle bodies from E. H. Bayley and Co which were otherwise available directly from the makers [1]. H. R. Paterson of Carter, Paterson and Co and W. R. Sutton of Sutton and Co were among the five directors. [2]
1897 February. Full prospectus.[3]
1897 Ordered one hundred chassis from Daimler
1897 Report on their 4 hp light van [4]
1900 Company re-organised.[5]
