1903 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Crampin and Walter Scott, carrying on business as Cycle Manufacturers and General Engineers, at 14, Giltspur-street, in the city of London, under the style or firm of CRAMPIN, SCOTT, AND CO., has been dissolved by mutual consent ...'[3]
