1903-05 Made some automobiles which may have been re-badged Lacoste et Battmann

1904 March. Exhibited as S. R. Bailey and Lambert and showed 12-hp and 20-hp herald cars. Also 6.5-hp car known as the Pelham.[1]

1905 May. Messrs. S. R. Bailey & Lambert (Limited) the Representative in London of the Herald Motor Manufacturing Co. Limited, Manchester. Contracted to supply Hansom cabs to the Metropolitan Motor Cab and Carriage Co as they are using now.[2]

1905 July. Petition to wind the company up by the Pneumatic Tyre Co.[3]
