1902 Engineer of 37 Norfolk Street, Strand, London.

1901 Patented an engine.

1902 Details of his heavy oil engine.[2]

1904 September. Details of the mechanical carburetter that produces a smokeless engine.[3]

1911 Boarder at 5 Elm Terrace, Orpington, Kent: Robert Owen Allsop (age 46 born Dorking), Architect - Own account - Single. In the house of George Wale, Wheelwright.

1914 June. Article on Alcohol Carburetters.[4]
