With his wife Florence Ellen Perkins (age 37 born Rugby) and their four children; Elsie Winfred Perkins (age 11 born Coventry); Kathleen Mary Perkins (age 9 born Coventry); Norman Perkins (age 6 born Coventry); and Leslie Perkins (age 5 born Coventry).
