1877 August 30th. Born in Newtown, Montgomeryshire

Educated Hooton College, Cheshire; Technical College, Coventry;

Pupil at the Cambrian Railway. locomotive works, Oswestry. Car.:

Joined Motor Manufacturing Co., Coventry,

Moved to Daimler

1901 Commenced business in Cardiff as the South Wales Motor Co

Drove in International T.T. Race 1905 and 1906

Rejoined Daimler 1910-1914;

1911 Living at Dolgian, Whitchurch, Glam: William Parker Thomas (age 32 born Newtown, Montgom.), Automobile Engineer - Motor Manufacturer. With his wife Nancy Parker Thomas (age 29 born Neath). One servant.[1]

WWI Responsible for manufacture of Daimler Commercial Chassis; charge of Daimler Hire and purchased Princes Skating Rink, Knightsbridge for Daimler Hire Depot;

Joined Studebaker Ltd., as Gen. Man. and Dir.

1925 March. Purchased business of G. H. Cox and Co, now carried on under the title of Parker Thomas & Co.

1934 Pro. Parker Thomas and Co, Southsea.
