'... the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Edward Weeks and Charles Hodge, of the Cadogan Foundry, King's road, Chelsea, in the county of Middlesex, Iron-Founders, was dissolved, by mutual consent, on the 7th day of February last ; and the business will in future be carried on by the said Charles Hodge alone....'[1]
