1840 Born in Ashton-under-Lyne the son of Ralph Hall and his wife Mary

1871 Living at Barnsley: (age 31 born Ashton-under-Lyne), Engineer and Iron Founder. With his wife and three children).[1]

1901 Living at 29 Victoria Road, Barnsley: Edward Hall (age 60 born Ashton-under-Lyne) Mechanical Engineer and Ironfounder - Employer. With his wife Anna Maria Hall.[2]

1901 July 12th. Died. Of Victoria Road. Probate to his widow.
