1928 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Martha Beatson, William Close, and John Graves Clark, all of Masbrough, in the Parish of Rotherham, in the County of York, as Glass Manufacturers, and carried on by us at Masbrough aforesaid, under the firm of Close and Clark, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 21st day of May last.— All debts owing to or by the said Copartnership concern will be received and paid by the said William Close and John Graves Clark, who will in future carry on the said business on their own account...'[1]
