1967 Name had changed to Unochrome International; acquired 60 percent of A. K. Diesels of Lowestoft[4]
1968 Acquired T. H. and J. Daniels[5] and several other companies in the following months.
1968 Acquired Scottish Machine Tool Corporation[6]
1974 Wilkins and Mitchell bought the Glasgow machine tool business of Scottish Machine Tool Corporation, wholly-owned offshoot of Unochrome Intl[7]. Also sold the 90 percent holding in Daniels Hamilton to a "large UK company" except for 2 subsidiaries, Hamilton Machinery and Daniels Hamilton Machinery Service which were sold to their chairman, Christopher Hamilton[8]
