1928 Incorporated as a private company
Had made installations at various large power stations including Battersea, Deptford, Fulham. Also installed and service other materials handing equipment.
1933 Acquired by Smith, Patterson and Co who then manufactured most of the equipment for Taylor at the Blaydon plant[1]
