Born the son of Alfred Augustus Lyddon

Independent Coll., Taunton. Training: Under John Avery, Bristol. Three years with the Bristol Biscuit Co., then Director, and later as Joint Man. Dir. with Cameron Hastie & Co., Ltd.; Inventor of The Lyddon Patent Flue Covers for arresting escape of heat through Flue Arches of Lancashire and similar Boilers; Patentee of Twospeed Gear for Motor Bicycles; Patentee of Apparatus for obtaining more perfect combustion in Horizontal Boilers. Publ.: "Fuel Economy by Insulation."
