1947 British Industries Fair Advert for Millinery or Industry uses. Hoods, Capelines and Manchons for Hats. Dyed and Finished Straw Goods, Ribbons and Hat Millinery Supplies. Also "Mechofelt" for all Industrial uses. (Textiles Section) [2]

1954 Acquired the Lancashire Felt Co.[3]

1960 Acquired Motor Gear and Engineering Co.[4]

1962 S. Hubbard changed its name to Motor Gear and Engineering Co.[5]
