'...t the Copartnership heretofore subsisting beween us the undersigned, James Kenyon, Charles Walmsley, and Edmund Grundy the younger, as Engineers and Tool Makers, in King-street, Bury, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of Kenyon Walmsley and Grundy, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as and from the 30th day of January last.
