Engr. constructing Tramways in Paris, and subsequently in charge of first Steam Tramways in Paris; Mangr., Tovareshestvo Froom, Law Engineers, St. Petersburg; 1878 Engr. and Mangr., Lontin Electric Light and Power Generator Co., erecting and working some of the first Public Electric Light Installations in London, viz., H.M. Opera House, Gaiety Theatre, Aldersgate Street Station, Metropolitan Railway (extended to Moorgate and Farringdon Street Stations); 1881 Partner, then Man. Dir., J. and E. Hall, Engrs., Dartford and London, one of the pioneer firms in the Refrigerating Industry; subsequently a Man. Dir., now retired. Address: Beacon Hill Park, Surrey.
