This is a subsection of AEI

1960 AEI reorganised its 3 main subsidiaries into divisions[1], one of which specialized in instrumentation.

This division included responsibility for Scientific Apparatus. The Department handled mass spectrometers, NMR spectrometers, and other analytical instruments [2]
