1942 on. Brown and Holmes were apparently producing ‘instruments’ for work on Bailey bridges, pontoon couplings in addition to armament manufacture and, at the later stages of war, on the measuring of turbine blades for jet aircraft

2020 Company still in business in Tamworth as makers of work-holding equipment.
