1992 PED merged with Belling and Lee to form BLP Components - both were presumably subsidiaries of Roxboro Group, which also owned Dialight.
1993 The business of the company was sold to a fellow subsidiary for £1 million; the company then changed its name to Belling Lee Ltd, a non-trading company. The company was a member of the Roxboro Group[1]
BLP became a key part of the Dialight plc group of companies.
2006 BLP Components Ltd adopted the new name of Dialight BLP
