'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Ebenezer Rhodes, David Champion, deceased, and Thomas Champion, in the trades or businesses of Manufacturers of Cutlery Wares, under the firm of Rhodes, Champion, and Son, and of Merchants, under the firm of Champion, Rhodes, and Champion, at Sheffield, in the County of York, were severally dissolved, on the 22d day of April 1817, by the death of the said David Champion...'[1]
