Test: Grace's Guide Procedures

There are several procedures which describe the techniques that enable users to add content to Grace's Guide.

For statistical purposes they are broken down into activity groups and collated weekly using the Weekly Activity Report pdf form found in the GG Documents folder on the NAS.

Activities are;

• P - Photography
• RRT - Rename, Rotate and Transfer of files
• F2 - Image processing using Photshop
• F9/OMU - Prepare pages in Photoshop and OCR, merge and upload pdf's
• L - Linking Files on GG
• I - Indexing Journals
• C - Correspondence

• Test File Names.

Relating to Processing Images for OCR and Merged PDF Upload (F9/OMU)

• Test: Page Processing for OCR.

Relating to Linking Files (L)

• Test: Linking Images.

Relating to Indexing Journals (I)

• Test: Indexing.
