1904 The Arbee was a short-lived English automobile manufactured. The 6hp two-speed vehicle was advertised as having a "slow-running engine". Also made the Dreadnought motor cycle.
1906 Company established.
1911 Rodgers Brothers acquired the gear manufacturing business of J. B. Hamilton and Co late of Unica Works, Southey-road, Tottenham, which they added to that of their own business of gear specialists and general engineers. The company also erected works at Baker-street, Brixton, London, S. W., and appointed P. F. Brittain, who was associated with J. B. Hamilton and Co as their sole agent, with offices at 110, Cannon-street, London. [1]
1917 Incorporated as a Limited Co.
1922 Manufacturer of machine-cut gearing of all types for motors and engines. Sole manufacturers of "Unica" noiseless gearing. Managing Director E. C. Rodgers.
